Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.5 Build 20211117

Is this a bug or feature? It doesn't make sense, so I would like an official response to the issue.

I am well aware that clients can be handed an optional resolver via DHCP. That is not the issue here.

Same happens on my AX73, too. If I set the dns to resolver in my network, the router changes the default ip of lan. It's frustrating.

One week passed and no response.

Still very interested to know the reasoning behind the odd behaviour.
