Negotiation speed stuck at 100mbps
Hi. I upgraded to a new internet plan, 1000mbps. When I do the speed test, I still have 100mbps, as I had before. On the router's website, it shows 100mbps negotiation speed. I tried from System Tools-> System Parameters to set 1000mbps and it doesn't work. What do I have to do?

Could be an old cable from the ISP's device to the Router. Try a new CAT 5e or 6 which can support that speed. Note, a damaged cable could cause this as well, as well as the Router port having a bent socket wire not making contact.
