Trying to connect my range extender with a ethernet cable to my game system but it will not connect. Any help

Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to reply you late. Forum has been busy recently. 

May I know what is the LED status of your range extender?is the Ethernet light lit up?

 

And is your extender successfully connected to your router?

If extender is not successfully connected to the router, please reconfigure it. 

 

Besides, if you connect your game system to your router with the same Ethernet cable, does it work?

If it doesn't work either, please try a different Ethernet cable.
