HomePlug users/experts:

I have several Netgear PL1200 Ethernet over Powerline adapters and I was offered a TP-Link module (not sure of the model yet) that as best I understand can work with the Netgear units.

How and where does one get the latest firmware for these devices?

My Netgear devices are QCA7500 (I interrogated them using open-plc-tools) and I'd imagine I'd want to make sure that any TP-Link modules I get are of the same type (QCA7500) too?

I also have some SERCOMM IP522CG V2 units, is anyone familiar with them? I have to reset them all to try to get them to talk to each other.

Is it possible to set these devices up to be VLAN aware at all?
