I am trying to reserve IP addresses through DHCP reservations.  Seems simple enough, but they are not being assinged as expected:

Both machines are set to receive their IPs automatically from DHCP.  I have tried ipconfig /release and renew, rebooting the router, etc.  But the new addresses are randomly assigned from the pool.  Seems like I must be doing something wrong?
