All devices accept our Microsoft Surfaces have no problem accessing the network. Our Surfaces keep losing their connections and say "No Internet".
Hi,
Have you tried to update the wireless driver on the Microsoft Surfaces?
Please try to turn off the Mesh technology on the Deco App for the Surfaces.
If possible, please enable a guest network for 5ghz only and connect the surface to the guest and check whether it still dropped the connection.
