Model: Archer C6  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65591(4555)

I bought the Archer C6 router and I tried to port forward some ports. It worked well when using the default 192.168.0.1/24 ip address. Then I changed the ip address to 10.0.0.1/8 and port forwarding (virtual servers) didn't work at all.

 

I think it's some error in the firmware. Please check it.

Are you saying the port forwarding will not work if you change the default IP address of the Archer C6 to 10.0.0.1/8? Will the internet still work on the C6 when you changed that? Can we have the screenshot of the WAN and LAN settings on the Archer C6? This can be sent via email for security concerns.

 

BTW, what's the detailed network layout? How is the C6 connected to the network?
