Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 Build 20210121 Rel. 54794

Hi.

I have modem that has ethernet switch and modem has NAT+DHCP+DNS server also. I have 3 unit deco X20 mesh and one is connected to ethernet port of the modem and decos are in AP mode.

Problem is that every once and a while the main deco drops and starts blinking red light. Router is working perfectly and I have 6 other devices connected through cabeling and internet connection is OK all the time.

Attached debug log from today from the MAIN deco. Problems started around Tue Aug 31 9:00 am but it's really weard that I dont have ANY logs in the device in that time.
I rebooted the device taking power cord off at  Tue Aug 31 14:05:46     It disconnected 14:00 but there isn't any logs.

This is getting reeeally annyoing. I've tried to change the cable and tried changing the ports in the router. But no luck, it keeps disconnecting and it's somehow dependent on what application are used through the client deco's.

Example when client uses Teams in this scenario it usually takes around 5 minutes for main deco to disconnect:

(router) <--wired--> (main deco) <--- wifi --->  (2. deco) <---ethernet --> (client)

Today this disconnection has happened at least 5 times between 9 am and 14:00. Deco disconnects and then it blinks the red for few minutes and then it's back online again.

@mauno

Hi, thanks for the update.

I  would like to forward your case to the senior engineers and could you please help me check the following details:

1. May I know the model number of your main router?

2. Is there any network switch between the main router and main Deco X20? If yes, can I have the model number as well?
