Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Upgrade to 1.2.0

Hi! I have tried repeatedly to download the firmware update version from https://static.tp-link.com/2021/202103/20210325/M9Plus_2.0_upgrade_tool_v1.2.0_macOS.zip file and every single time I get an error stating that the file is corrupted. Anyone has had any success with it or any tips? Thanks!

@Huxleyan

Hi, May I know the model number and operating system of your MacBook.

At the same time, could you please have a look at this link to see whether it helped or not:

Or this link here:

@TP-Link Hi, thanks for the quick follow up. The link works and I can download the file, that is not the issue. When I expand the file, I get this error message:

Any tips? Thanks!

@TP-Link Thank you very much for following up. It is a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018), OS Version 12.0 Beta (21A5304g).

I will check the links you have provided. Thanks again!

The "4: Use xattr on the App Throwing the Damaged Error" did the trick, I can now access the tool. I will use it when I get home. Thank you very much indeed!
