Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20210511

hey all,

so I recently upgraded the firmware on my router and now my internet speeds are terrible compared to what I was getting before the upgrade.

my old speed used to be 800Mbps download and 43 Mbps upload. With the firmware upgrade, I'm now getting 89.09 Mbps download and 37.58Mbps upload.

does anyone else has the same issue and know a fix?

thanks in advance.

@Shellfish

Check and ensure the QoS settings on the router are correct as follows:

If this doesn't help, try to reset the router to factory defaults, leave all settings by default, then test the speed again.
