Some things I would try:

• Be sure the router's firmware is up to date
• try a factory reset
• Disconnect all cables (USB and Ethernet) and power cycle to see if it restarts. If it failed with all cables dicconnected, then contact support.
• If it does not restart on it own, connect only the modem and power cycle to see if it restarts.
• If not, then connect the Ethernet connections one at a time and retest to see if one of them is causing the issue.
• Lastly connect each USB device one at a time and retest (such as printers or disk drives).

I would most likely suspect a USB device pulling to much power.
