So i got the adapter from Amazon yesterday and i plugged it in to my mac. i got the zip file from the website andd began the driver installation. At the end it said it encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. i tried wawiting for an hour and it did not work. then i tried restarting my computer but it didnt work either. How ddo i fix this issue?
