Hello, I moved apartments and have a new WiFi setup and I'm trying to connect my range extender to the new WiFi. It's asking me for my range extender password and I don't remember it. How do I fix this? I think I can factory reset the password but I also don't know how to do that. Thanks.

On the bottom of the unit, next to the Ethernet port is a pinhole reset button.  While the unit is plugged in, hold a pin, toothpick or some other "reset" tool into this hole and push the button inside for 30 seconds.  This will reset the extender to default settings and allow you to reconfigure it.
