UB400 can't see any device.
My UB400 arrived today. I pluged this in the computer, but it can't find my Xbox One controller or any other device. I tried all, from reinstalling drivers to changing usb port.
And when I am going to the settings and click on "More Bluetooth settings" nothing happens and when I am going to the Bluetooth setting by the Control Panel and check "Activate Bluetooth-Radio" and click on apply and then it says "Device not available. The settings cannot be saved.

But Windows Settings says it's activated and shows no errors.
