I know this is not probably related to the router or the range extender but I don't know where to go to for an answer.

Pinging looks good except for regular latency spikes. Extremely regular.

Eg ping times:

8ms

7ms

8ms

10ms

900ms

8ms

7ms

6ms

7ms

847ms

4 good - 1 bad - 4 good - 1 bad and so on.

On Ethernet works ok.

Changing to another network within my home is the same.

Even connecting through the data plan of my cell...

It is either something in "the air" or something with my computer...

Any ideas will help.
