HI,

MY USB DRIVES RANDOMLY SEEM TO DISCONNECT. WHEN I GO THE THE APP THE DRIVES CONNOT BE FOUND. ONE IS SET UP FOR TIME MACHINE.

Sorry about the caps.

To reaquire the drive I must go to the router and unplug each drive and plug it back in. Once I do that all seems fine for a while then they disappear agaid. The I am back to unpluggng and replugging in.

Reboot of the tp-link app does noth.

Advice please.

Jack

@JAckP

One thing that may be happening is that the drives are overloading the router. The router can supply only so much power to the USB drives. You may need a powered hub. Try using only one drive at a time and see if that makes a difference.
