What debug have you tried?

Could be a few reasons?

• Cable bad
• WAN port bad
• Modem not recognizing the router

Things to try:

• Using the same cable from the modem to router, connect it to a PC. Does it work and can the PC access the Internet?
• Power down the modem and router and power up in sequence, modem, wait until it is up completely, then the router.
• Try a different cable between modem and router.
