Archer AX3000 won't connect to Leviton 47611 ethernet switch

Archer AX3000 won't connect to Leviton 47611 ethernet switch
Connected the AX3000 to the Leviton 47611switch and no connecion. Looks like something is polling (tx/rx blink about once per second). If I insert my linksys switch in between the AX3000 and Leviton everything is fine. Anyone else see / fix this?
