AX6000 internet disruption, partial reboot?
Hello all,
The other day my wife's zoom call was interrupted twice seemingly randomly.
The first interruption was very short lived, zoom just reported it as instability which I wrote off as "whatever". The second one however was a complete and total disconnect from the internet which resulted in a "WAN Port is unplugged" screen from the router.
There are two logged events directly related to this. It appears NAT services were randomly restarted?
It appears a couple other similar events were logged but no one experienced them do they went unnoticed.
Edit: There were no power events and the router is connected to a UPS.
Edit 2: Having read a few other posts about this now, the common question seems to be related to power events. I had an old TPlink router of some kind, can't recall, but it had a 12v 5A powersupply vs the AX6000's 12v 4A powersupply. I swapped the two out. Perhaps these were partial brownouts that have been knocking parts offline if the voltage dipped under minor load or just fluctuated. I've had RC Airplane computer recievers be able to brown out and recover faster than a hard shutoff so the concept is atleast viable.
Has anyone any thoughts or success smoothing this out?
Here are the two events, full log available upon request:

I really wish it wouldn't delete the logs on reboot. Why even keep logs at that point? Also, curious that it appears to wipe out the time every reboot.
@Tony Please suggest to the team to maintain logs between reboots, unless it's a problem with the hardware, ie no backup battery for the base functions of the router and having the logs stored in volatile memory.

I'm sad to say that on 2/19 the router had another logged restart of NAT services. The powersupply was not the solution.

I have this issue about 5 times a.month and it requires a power cycle to reboot it and then everything is great again. It's quite dissapointing to pay so much for this router and then have it do this. I will try the 7am reboot. If I do it too early all our nest hubs reboot too and it wakes us up.
Did you guys find after you switched power supplies you no longer had this issue?
