I'm considering an AX1500 Range extender. I have a wired network that I want to extend a dedicated wifi access point to a new location. I'd like this to ONLY provide wifi and not access to wired devices, such as printers/computers. Is that possible? The manual and online information provide no details about using this device as a guest wifi access point.

@S.Frank

Here is the emulator: https://emulator.tp-link.com/re505/index.html

On the top right you would select mode then access point, then run an Ethernet cable from your router to this device.

Here is a FAQ on setting that up: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1401/
