I am having a tough time accessing the management web page for my little extender. I've tried a computer wired to its Ethernet port but it says "It looks like you may have run into an issue". I have WPS synched it to my router and all LEDs are on solid but I still do not see its SSID TP-Link_Extender and it does not appear in my ASUS RT-AC68U router's client list.

Help please.

PS. I guessed its hardware version since I couldn't find it on its plate.

The easiest method would probably to use the Tether app on your smartphone. Connect to your WiFi then see if the Tether app finds it. If not, then factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 15 seconds while it is plugged in, and follow this guide to set it up: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1373/
