You could try looking in the insights while at the profile page and see if blocking those URLs work. Try also clearing any cached data in the browser which it can load even if a site was blocked.

@Tony I have tried this several times on multiple websites. It didn't work. I'm seeing a number of posts in the forum about this issue with the parental control feature. Do you know if a fix is in the works? Thanks!

Try uploading this firmware and test the parental controls again to see if it fixes it: link

Download the file, extract it, then log into the Deco via the web GUI, and upload the .bin file from the extracted folder.

@Tony Thank you! This version of the firmware seems to work better.

One issue I noticed is that the websites aren't getting blocked even 20-30 minutes after they are added to the list.

I cleared browser cache and checked. Still no luck. A good 24 hours later, it starts working.

I have the very same problem, no website is being blocked! it used to work but now it doesnt anymore...

Youtube.com, Roblox.com, .... everythign is open.... even though is liste in the "Filtered Content" cathegory!

I personally think related to the HTTPS protocol, but im surprised the company is not responding or adresing this issue.

At this point im looking to return this router, if we all do this maybe they will listen.

I'm sorry I have to resort to this but my kids are easily distratected by these services during their school time from home and I cont police them while I'm also working.

I tried to follow your ways to update the firmware, but my deco x60 doesn't allow me, said the firmware is too old.  my current firmware version: 1.2.6 Build 20201013 Rel. 57035. Also, in the insight I see the webpages irrelevant to the page I'm using,  and the actual Webpage link is NOT shown.
