Hi,

 

I had recently purchased this router. Seeing packet drops frequently, effecting my gaming or surfing experience. This becoming an annoyance.

Find below images of ping to the router. This was taken over WiFi while being 6ft away from it.

 

Kindly look into it and provide solution. If something can be done.

Test with other wireless devices to make sure the drops are coming from the router. If you have not done so already factory default the router and test with the settings defaulted. Even though the router may be running the latest firmware, it would be recommended to upload it again.

 

You could also try turning off WMM and NAT Boost (Advanced > System Tools > System Parameters) to see if that may help.
