I have an auto-switching 5G and 2.4G wireless network (WIFI A), I also have a non-auto-switching (5G/2.4G) WIFI access point (WIFI B/C) on another side of the house. The main router is provided by the Telco. Our speed is 1Gps and over wired we get that without issues. Over wireless, we get 800+.

I installed a pair of Deco X60s at different points each connected to the network. I named the X60 WIFI differently from the existing ones (WIFI D). They both did a firmware update and worked fine.

Since the installation, the general WIFI signal and internet speed have become unstable. It connects but the transfer is either slow on none.

I need to fix this issue or will have to return the item.

Please hel pme resolve this problem.
