Model: TL-WR841N
Hardware Version: V8
Firmware Version: 3.15.9 Bld 140723 Rel 63227n

Adding Smart Devices; keeping grandchildren over Christmas; having trouble connecting to router.

Is there a limit to how many connections allowed??? If so, are there any work arounds???

Can't answer for sure, a TP-Link moderator might be able to, but most if not all Residential Routers have a 32 device limit per SSID. If you Google "wr841n device connect limit" you'll find many pages to look at. This link should help you too, https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/201748 I'll assume it is for a DUAL-BAND, and it mentions 64, but suggested 50 is the most one should connect. That would be 25 per SSID. TRI-Band routers can handle 96/75 I'd guess?
