Archer C20 doesn't allow to open few website , and ping drops if I play game

Archer C20
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 181127 Rel.56357n(4555)
I cannot access few website for example kea.kar.nic.in.,(happen only when I connect through this router) Changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 didn't help. Connecting directly via modem is not giving this issues so I am sure that this is router issue, model: C20. Any other good ideas how it can be fixed?
