I do not have the mini plug but do have several Wyze plugs which are about the same. If you previously had the plug on a different router especially if the SSID is the same, then on many devices you need to delete/forget the network on the device and reset it back up. You may have a bad plug. Some of those devices only work on only one band (either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz band) so be sure you are connected to the correct one. Having the bands use the same SSID can make connecting to the correct band an issue.
