Hello there, my Neighbours are criminals and one of my ex staff was also criminal (eventually I get to know) and he was gathering many informing behind my back, and all were involved and are after my family, and they have hired some hackers and they daily came and stays all day and night nearby with specialised hacking equipments and routers, and they are able to hack into all of my Routers (more than 4) and even all the security cameras and smart devices, and I have tried many things, like using Black and white list(both options), increasing the firewall, using mac, ip address and service filtering, disabling upnp, using ap isolation, but still they are continuously attacking my router, using every possible way, like using UDP port scan, and dns, DHCP, and even they are also using fake access point name and my device mac addresses, and even they have managed to connect their routers to mine and my monthly bill of the connection has increased by 10 times, and I even have lost access from many of my devices, and don't how but many times they even manage to block all the signals from all the devices, even all the cellular network, and the local authority is doing nothing regarding this, please help...!!!!!!

When you got real hackers after your system such as you have there is not much you can do as security increases so do the ways of hacking. Do not know what your network looks like but the smaller it is the better. The less devices, the less entry points and areas of opportunity. Use a VPN to help protect your data. Be sure all of your devices are up to date software wise. Review you devices and may need to get rid of any old ones that are not supported any more. Close all open ports. When not using the internet, power off the router and modem, reboot often as it disrupts them, power off and disconnect devices if not being used especially PCs, change the passwords often (modem, router sign-in, WIFI, PCs, and other devices), use encryption on your devices, Set options to power down PCs after a short period of non use, use a good password manager, do not use the same password multiple places, if in the US, freeze your credit reports, consider changing firewall programs, consider reinstalling your operating systems such as Windows 10 as they may be corrupt, run malware scans, run security scans, update the router firmware, and if up to date, reinstall it, Make it harder for them so they find somewhere else.

@ArcherC8 thank you for the reply, I have already done almost all you have mentioned, and as they are my damn neighbours, they don't goona find somewhere else as in the pandemic they don't have any where to go, and they are short on finance; And can you once again please tell me all the steps that can be done except the one you already told, especially for the Routers and smart AI assistant speakers, to prevent them for hacking and even the steps to do after hacking, as sometimes even the smallest step can impact a lot, and if I have missed that...!!!(and yes it's a complicated network with many smart devices and security cameras, so can you please also tell how they hack my router through that devices, as one YI Security camera, is just near their house facing towards them, and I have seen them wandering around it with some smartphones and devices, and also how to prevent and protect it and what to do after it got hacked through it...)?!(And alos I guess they are using router and device spoofing, can please also tell about it); And the tricky part is that my ex staff who was a criminal and was involved with those people, he also referred me a local NVR security camera provider, and they both installed modified NVR and for live stream of the footage, I wirelessly gave access of my router to the router of NVR, and even used the app{IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud)by wwupeilin} suggested by them which now I get to know by my phone security app that it was not behaving as usual and was sending data to a unknown location, and that also caused many issues...!!!!(this is the snapshot of the app, and it's permission)

And here's some parts of the system log of some of my routers...(and the online wirless clients list that visible mac address is of their router which is stick to my router like it's bonded with it and is always connected no matter, I use all sorts of filtering and blocking)...(and there are two devices connected to my router with same mac address one is my tp link repeater and other is unknown)...

That ex-staff member could have done a lot of things including load software onto your PC and/or router. I would download a new copy of the firmware and software for the router, back up the PC then shut everything down by powering it off. Reinstall the operating system on the PC, remove all the boatware, then add back only things you absolutely need. Reinstall the firmware on the router and be sure to turn off all of the Access Controls and WPS. Turn on all of the security features. Also if you have any spare routers, set them up with new SSIDs and turn it on without connecting it to any modem so they have something to try and hack and change the SSID and password every so often. Contact your ISP and see if they can change your IP address. Do not to forget to change all of the DDNS passwords or better yet, create a new account with the DDNS service using a different DDNS name or even use a different company. See if you can get new firmware for the DVR from the manufacturer. Change the port numbers that is used on the DVR and the user ID and Password. Check all of your devices and ensure there are no extra user-ids. If you have multiple routers, unplug one from the modem and switch to the other one with a new SSID/password leaving the first one up with the SSID/password that they hacked.

@ArcherC8 Okay, thanks for the information, but if I leave the hacked router as it is without any internet connection or devices connected to, but still can't they be able to use that router as a hacking access point(cloning the router, fake access point, wifi spoofing) and try to get into other routers or device within range..., Or maybe use it for other means like bugging the signals...??!! As when I did a wifi signal scan for hidden wifi signals I found that, there were many hidden SSID with similar mac address as of my Routers and were on same channel...!!!!!

If there is nothing attached to the router (Ethernet, WIFI nor USB), they can not do any more than they can do with their own router. As far as hidden SSID goes that is a almost worthless security measure as it is so easy bypass. I would think they have a specific way to break in and all you can do is keep plugging the possible holes. Also beware of any drives attached to the USB ports of the router especially any programs or apps. You can also try to shield your router by putting metal or tin foil between them and your router.
