Abrupt disconnection of internet while using and it doesn't get dynamic IP and error message states "Make sure Cable is properly connected no internet"

Even reboot and Powercycle doesnt work until i do a factory reset.

 

Once a factory reset is done then the dynamic ip gets assigned by the ISP in PPOE mode.

I have checked with ISP, no issue on their side, in fact the first time it happened they came and resolved by factory reset.

 

It happened twice now, maybe there is a bug..

Try swapping the Ethernet cable being used.

 

Another thing to try is to connect your computer directly to the modem, create the PPoE connection and see if the drops still happen.
