Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0

I have been a happy user of 3 units of M9 plus for last 13 months.

One of them now refuses to connect, with red light blinking. "Disconnected from other Decos".

The back-haul is not even wireless, but ethernet.

Tried resetting/rebooting multiple times, but did not work.

Tried disconnect the ethernet and put it close to other deco; it appeared to work for 10 sec (green light) then disconnected again.

I sent a message to tp-link, expecting them to replace this bad unit under 2-year warranty.

Is there any possible fix I can try?

@ycheon

It looks like you did most of what you could try.

What I would probably test or try is to create a new Deco network with just that one node. If the node works fine, reset the other nodes, and add them to the network. You could also try putting that node as the main node, but if communication stops you might end up needing to reset everything.

In the end support would be the next best route.
