2 issues I can't seem to figure out:

1) No matter how many time I try to set a router schedule under access control, it's not working. I have even made sure to go into the time settings of the router and make share it's set correctly. I have deleted and reentered it several times just to make sure I was doing it correctly. Can anyone help? 
2) When going through quick setup, once it gets to "clone MAC address" or "don't clone MAC address", I can't get any farther. There's no next button. I'm wondering if I can't get the access control correct because we haven't done the basic setup. Can anyone help here?
