my archer a20  v1only has the power led flashing (every 90 seconds let say all of the led flash at the same time) 

and https://myproducts.tp-link.com/ does not work for me. it gives me a server error so i cannot register it. 

I have tried other power supplies though only 2A (4A needed) reset it several times moved it to different outlets to no avail
