The tpPCL utility will not run on my Windows 10 Pro PC. It starts, the windows appears briefly (less than a second), an icon then appears in the notification area, and then it disappears.

No idea why this won't run.

CPU: Intel 9900K

Motherboard: Gigabyte AORUS Master Z390

RAM: 64 GB

OS: Windows 10 Pro

I tried uninstalling everything, including WinPCAP and starting over with no luck on getting this to run.

@random_pawn00

You could try booting the computer in safe mode to see if some other software may be causing issues.

You can also run the tpPLC utility from your smart phone as well.

@Tony

Crashes after initial splash load screen in safe mode.

FYI The Android tpPCL app does not work with these powerline adapters.

@random_pawn00

Likely due to the powerline system being wired only. The TL-PA8010 shows up for me even though it is not on the list.

If there is no security software or antivirus that would potentially block the app then it would be recommended to reach out to our support here: link
