Sky Q connectivity issues

Sky Q connectivity issues
When I connect router via WiFi to sky q everything works correctly for a couple of minutes before sky freezes and requires a reset. When I connect my original BT WiFi router to sky there are no issues.
Can anyone tell me if there are any known compatibility issues between to link and Sky and if they have managed to solve the problem.
