Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3.build 20200330 rel. 4140

I am getting an intermittent error 'something went wrong with cloud service'. All 3 Deco's are up and running, is there a setting I need it change, or register for cloud services? Also, does anyone know what enabling SIP ALG does?

@Nico_B86

SIP mainly refers to using VOIP phones which tries to help get traffic to devices behind a NAT. If you are not using VOIP phones then it would not matter if it is enabled or disabled.

With respect to the cloud service do you happen to have another smartphone? Do you see it on that as well?

@Tony

I do have the app on my smartphone also and don't currently see the cloud error, but it appears intermittently. Thank you for the VOIP explanation also.
