Archer TX3000E Bluetooth issues

New purchase Archer TX3000E. Installed on Asus Z170 Deluxe MB running windows 10.
Unable to connect bluetooth.
Receivning error code under Bluetooth USB module (code 10)
Attempted to
Installed intel driver
Windows driver
Asus driver
Reload of CD drivers
Still unable to access.
Z170 has built in wifi/bluetooth (broadcomm) I have disabled.
Any assistance?
