Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0

I purchased a Deco M9 Plus AC2200 Smart Home Mesh Wi-Fi System. One of the primary features that attracted me to this system was its ability to function as a ZigBee Hub, since I have several ZigBee enabled products, including many (42) HALO (Eaton) RL560WHZHA69 and RL460WHZHA69 Wireless Smart LED Downlights. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get the Deco M9 Plus System to successfully recognize the HALO fixtures. These HALO RL Wireless ZigBee fixtures are not listed in the "Add Device" menu under "Lights" in the Deco App, and the unit was unsuccessful searching for the devices using the "Other Light" option. Does the Deco M9 Plus System support these HALO RL Wireless ZigBee Smart LED Downlights? If not, can anyone lend some advice on how to go about getting the system to recognize (or control) these devices?

Thank you in advance for any advice!

@Vinman

Like you mentioned, those models are not on the compatible list: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1768/

If adding as a other light is not working they may be incompatible.

I would recommend reaching out to our support.

Hi @Tony, thank you for the response.

I was kind of hoping I would be able to control these lights directly with the Deco, without having to invest in a ZigBee Hub. Especially since the WiNK Hub will shortly now require a monthly fee in order to operate. And I am sure Samsung will follow suite with thier SmartThings Hub.
