i have internet speed 100mg and the max download rate on the routeR is 2 MG AND I CAN'T CHANGE THE SITTING FROM THE QOS

I HAVE ROUTER AC1200/VR400

Is your internet 100 Mbps and you are getting 2 Mbps or are you downloading at 2 MB/s?

@Amir99 try running a test on https://speedtest.net to verify it's not a server problem.
