RE220 Ethernet not working even though it did previously
I have a RE220 which I plugged my ethernet cable in to see if the speeds would be faster since I was using it as a range extender which is what I want to use it for and it worked great for a day or so with much higher speeds than wireless connection to my extender and router but then stopped working and said no internet. I reset multiple times and updated firmware nothing will work. How Can I fix this?

If you are going to connect an Ethernet cable to the extender from the router the extender needs to be configured as an Access Pont.
Here is how you would set that up: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1401/

@Tony No that was not the purpose I was using the ethernet cord for it was to connect the ethernet cord from my extender to my PC for better speeds. But it stopped working. How do I fix that?

The extender might no longer be connected to the router. Log into your router and look at the connected devices to see if the RE220 is seen. If not try unplugging it and plugging it back in. If the RE220 still is not connected try factory defaulting it by holding the reset for 15 seconds while it is plugged in, then set it up again: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1373/
