TP-Link Archer A6 WiFi 2.4GHz Band Issues.
Hi,
I'm having issues with the WiFi 2.4GHz that connect to mobile devices (Especially, Apple iPhone/iPad).
Most of the times, full signal bar but the internet is not loading at all.
But, when I tried connect to WiFi 5GHz, internet is working fine.
Tried to switch the Channel Width also same. I set as Auto for Channel Width and Channel also same.
Is it the current firmware got issues?
Kindly please assist.

Yes, power cycle many times before, no QoS settings, and using complicated WiFi password.
SSID still remain the same.
I do not think all that is the problem, is really weird only happen on the mobile devices, i got more than 3 Apple mobile devices also facing the same issues.
But i got no problem in Laptop WiFi connection using 2.4GHz.
Only 5GHz working fine in all 3 Apple mobile devices. But not 2.4GHz.
I got enable MIMO. Is it related?

@Woody I have the exact same problem, 2.4Ghz will disappear, with 5Ghz and cabled continuing to work fine. It happens multiple times a day and is REALLY annoying. Started happening with the most recent firmware upgrade. I guess if there's no fix it's time to find a new brand of router.

There are recommendations from Apple here regarding connection of wireless devices: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202068

I have been having these issues too on only some devices, and not others, namely my Surface Laptop 3 and Pixel 4 XL. Just blatant no internet on only the 2.4GHz band, despite great signal and messing with various settings of the wifi, updating firmware, resetting settings, etc. For me, what drastically worked was enabling IPv6 and potentially disabling TxBF,MU-MIMO.
IPv6 is not part of the "Basic" selection as far as I can tell, and was disabled by default. Switching tab to "Advanced" there's an exclusive section for IPv6 near bottom. Enabling it, and for me I used "dynamic IP" since that's what my ISP expects, hit "save" then hit "renew" to get assigned an IPv6 address.
Doing both for me helped out a lot! Hope it helps others too.

After i upgrade my firmware to last one from TP-link.com with this Archer A6(EU)_V2_200902 firmware, my router stop working property. I discconect from 2.4g WI-FI so much time per day and i can not reconnect before I restart my router. I see 2.4g wifi but cant connect, 5g wifi works fine. This is so annoyed. I used 2.4g without password , auto mode for channel and auto for band. Then i change it to channel 6 and 40mhz, same issue. Before firmware upgrade my router works fine more than year. I dont restart it never, now i need to restart it 4-5 times per day and I am so frustated.
