In ARCHER AX6000 facing 5G signal issue
Hi,
Recently a couple of months back I bought ARCHER AX6000. Bt every alternative day facing 5G network problem like in the wifi I can see the 5G network but not able to connect, even I select the 5G option on the wifi its just flickers not connecting. But same time if you restart the router then try to connect the 5G network without any problem it will connect. Any solution to this problem?
Thanks,

Make sure the router is running the latest build that can be found here: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-ax6000/#Firmware
If your connection issue is happening on a computer make sure those drivers are updated as well.
You could also try changing the Mode to b/g/n/ac (Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings > Click 5Ghz on the top right), excluding ax to see if the issue still happens.

Stil not yet received any solution for the issue, I am waiting from last 4 months but no use. Contacted customer care they will instruct to change the settings in the router and also contacted email support but no use. lost hope on TP-link support now.
I decided not to suggest tp-link to anyone, because paying huge amount and receiving the defected product what is the use of buy the defect product and they are not listening to the customer problem/solve the problem
