I have the adapter installed, but I'm getting really poor throughput.  Like 300 Kbps.  With a USB wifi on a longer cable, I get 10 to 12 Mbps.  My phone shows 63 Mbps.  I'm pretty sure the access point is working properly.  The access point is in a window in the house, about 30 feet away.  The computer is in the garage against the wall closest to the house.  I want to put an antenna extension on the adapter that will let me put the antennas in the windows near the computer.  My question is what type of ends do I need on the cables of the extension?  SMA Female is my guess based on pics, but I wanted to ask to be sure.
