Please note that I am not familiar with most of the terms associated with routers and other internet-related hardware and connectivity devices. 

I recently bought an Archer A6 router. In setting it up, I wasn't able to connect my Sonos wireless speakers and getting them recognized by the TP-Link router. I am looking for jargon-free help connecting my Sonos devices to my TP-Link wi-fi network. 
 

My network setup includes a cable modem from Spectrum connected by an ethernet cord to the modem.
