Model: Archer C5400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

All of a sudden today my wirless speeds have almost dropped to nothing. I've tried the 2.4 and both 5ghz radios and still the same. Rebooted the router, reset my network connections on my phone. I'd hate to do a factory reset but I might have to. I did save a backup of the settings. Any  other thoughts? The router is about 6 months old.

update: Just took a call on wifi calling and I had to turn off wifi on my phone to take it.

@gadget069

Wire your computer to the routers LAN ports to see if the slowdown is there as well.

If the wired LAN works fine then the focus can be on the routers Wi-Fi, if the wired LAN is slow, then the connection from the modem to the router may be suspect.

Leave the router on, and reboot just the modem to see if that helps.

@Tony I should be over 100Mbps down and 10Mbps up only getting half of that.

@gadget069

Your original post mentioned Wi-Fi so I am asuming on Wi-Fi you get half the speed?

What if you did the test mentioned in my previous post? What results do you get when you ignore Wi-Fi. If you are using the same computer make sure your Wi-Fi is not connected to get a wrong reading.
