Archer C9 v5 How to block specific URL

I’ve searched all over the web & youtube but all the instructions on how to block a specific URL (ex. xyz.com) point to an older (green) UI which does not resemble the current (blue) UI in any way. Under Access Control on my C9 I only have the option to blacklist/whitelist DEVICES not urls. Anyone have any idea on how to block a URL?Thanks,Howard
