I am looking into Powerline to get better cable TV reception.

I live in Condo, so Ethernet is not possible. My router is on a different circuit than the TV.

I think they are on different 'branches' of the 240 volt tree.I think that because in circuit box, the breakers are on different sides.
Doers this mean, I can't use these devices, or that it is not as good. [one of the sites, said to put both parts of kit on same side of 'tree'.


Any ideas?
