I have a TP-link Touch P5 with a USB 3.0 external hard drive connected to the USB port. The share is set up in the router. On the PC the network location shows and I can see the folder on the hard drive but I can't copy files from the PC to the USB drive. Instructions found on the internet to map a network drive to that folder say to input \\192.168.0.1 in the address line of Windows Explorer. It will not connect. From my browser I can enter \\192.168.0.1 into the address line and connect to the router to configure it. How do I correct this problem?

Try the following:

Press the windows key and the "r" key at the same time.
Enter \\192.168.0.1
enter your network credentials (router userid and password)
