AC1750 kit slow wired internet speed

I installed this kit plus one additional TL-PA8010P device. I have Comcast internet service of 250 mps however on my 2 TL-PA8010P devices which are connected by cat5e cable to two different tvs I only get 20 to 25 mps. Any ideas as to why these wired connections would be so slow? The TVs have 802.11 AC Ethernet controller adapters. Thanks for any help.
