AC3200 error 4503 when try to update firmware

I have had problem for a couple of months since I bought this router with 1 laptop out of 6 total devices that connect at different times. When streaming videos for a few minutes the internet disconnects though I still have connection to the router. If I disconnect and reconnect to router it works for a random amount of time sometimes 2 minutes or less sometimes up to 10 minutes. I tried to update firmware and I get error code 4503.
