New Archer C7 router replacing older router. C7 "see" desktop and Ooma phone device. No internet connection. Tried Tether app (android). Tether also sees Windows 10 desktop and Ooma devices.
Tried power off/on both cable modem (Spectrum broadband) and C7 - no help. Even tried using cable modem MAC id.
Re-setup old Linksys E2500 router - still works after cable modem power off/on. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried to clone the MAC address from your desktop? Or clone the MAC address of the E2500 router to C7. Call the 24*7 hotline may help you with that(18662258139)

Thanks, Appreciate the help. Wasn't able to get it to work. Called helpline; on the phone for awhile; several steps and re-boot - now works just fine after setting router to use pc address.
Curious. Old router - just hookup and power up modem - works in a couple seconds. This new router several minutes, etc. troubleshooting; now ok.
